Billy Gilman on American Idol!

The next new year is the meaning of new season of American Idol!.... and I'm still hoping for Billy Gilman, my favorite and my idol to come out on the show!!! Would it be possible this time? This is the hotest show in town,.... Billy could be a guest!!!!!!!!!! or much better, a mentor!!!!!!!!!!!! Billy is turning on his ONE DECADE of his career!!!!!!!!!!! so he has learned a lot and have the knowledge in singing!!!!!!!!!!!!! so BGF, bring it on!!!!!!!!!! bring Billy Gilman to American Idol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Angela!!!... send Billy to American IDol!!!!!! Wooooooooooohhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Billy really should try it out. It is the best way for him to be well known by the entire world.

David Archuleta is one of the best example. He gained his fame in the entire world in just one night

he would be so totally awesome on there.. just one problem with that. at auditions were given a sheet with our group song (this year was "my life would suck without you") some dos and donts and info about tryouts. before the audtions we were suppose to print all the info off the site that contained rules and a release form. in the rules you cant have any previous record contracts(major) before AI! thats one thing they are big on. your contract if you make it to the top 15 is under their ownership. it was kinda confusing but made since @ the sametime haha.. had a rule sheet that was long. covered everything from age requirements to clothing requirements. if i can ever get my scanner working i will post it for yall its sweet

Wait... are you guys saying you want him to be a contestant or a judge?

If you're saying you want him to be a contestant, that wouldn't really be a wise choice for him to make since he's obviously working on new material in Nashville and meeting with record companies in Nashville. Plus, he's not some undiscovered talent that no one has ever heard. He's already a mult-iplatinum artist who has sold over 10 million albums, set a world record as being the youngest artist ever to have a number 1 on the Billboard charts AND a platinum album, won an American Music Award, been nominated for a Grammy, and is definitely somewhat of a public figure despite the fact that his career isn't getting much publicity at the moment, and that makes him not American Idol contestant material in the slightest. American Idol is geared more towards undiscovered people having their chance to shine. Now, would it be fair to have a multi-platinum artist who's been in the music business for a decade competing with someone who's biggest publicity yet has been singing in a talent show at the county fair? Of course not!

Now, as a guest judge-- SURE that would be great! Billy knows about the music business and can identify talent quite well. If he appeared as a guest judge, that in itself would gain him tremendous exposure, and I think more than a few people would be jumping on their computers and hurriedly googling "Billy Gilman" and checking out his latest happenings.

Well, this topic is so interesting!.... well my idea is for Billy to be a guest performer or a guest judge or mentor... because i know he already knew a lot about music!!!!!!!

we must be sad!!... why?....

because we the big fans still got any response from the management of Billy..... specially the moderators...! it hurts me!!!!!!!!!!

like in my previous topic... i've wait for what's the reaction of Billy with the death of Michael Jackson... but still i didn't know what's he's words with it.... but i know he's sad.... I just want it to hear from Billy!.... and i know it's almost near to the death of BG's grandmother's death......

oh well.... i just don't feel so important.... the fact that i'm one of those who's making life to Billy Gilman by patronizing him and his music.....

i'm just a little sad for feeling not recognized by Billy Gilman and "The Management."!!!!!

I don't think Simon is leaving. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's just a rumor. I looked it up and couldn't find any info on it. And if Simon was leaving, it would definitely be hot news and be getting a lot of publicity, which it isn't.
